Delivery and Return Conditions

Your orders will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product you purchase. Estimated delivery time will be notified to you at the time of ordering.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer unless otherwise stated and are added to the order amount during payment.
When your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS.
It is important to check the packaging of your products upon delivery. For damaged or missing products, please contact us by having the cargo officer draw up a report.

Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, its packaging must be intact and complete with all its accessories.
- Returns for hygienic products and personal use products are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and unused.
Change Process:
- Your product exchange request will be evaluated depending on stock availability.
- You can start the exchange process by contacting our customer service.
Return Process:
- After the returned product reaches us, the necessary checks are made and you will be notified when your return is approved.
- If the product return is approved as a result of the checks, the refund will be made within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to place the order.
